- facilitating the negotiation and mediation between athletes, other crews and coaches
- organisation of time, training and commitments of five crewmembers.

- attended monthly meetings
- assisted in organisation of the major fundraiser (raffle), deciding locations for selling tickets and drawing of the prizes
- brainstorming and resolution of issues regarding administration of the club, athletes and coaching.
